Ingredients
- 1 LB of Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons Spiceburgh Seafood Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Coat salmon evenly with the 2 Tablespoons of Seafood Seasoning.
- Once oven is preheated, place the seasoned salmon in and let cook for 12-15 minutes or until salmon becomes opaque and flaky when pulled apart.

SEASIDE ORZO SALAD
The perfect lunch recipe or side dish to brighten up your day. This orzo salad recipe will transport you to a summer on shore.
Ingredients
- 8oz Orzo Pasta
- ½ pint of Cherry Tomatoes, cut into quarters
- ½ Cucumber, chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Seafood Seasoning
- Optional Toppings: Feta Cheese, Olives or Arugula
Directions
- Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, let cool completely or run under cold water until cooled. Drain well!
- In a large mixing bowl combine cucumber, tomatoes and cooled orzo pasta and mix until fully combined.
- Add in olive oil and mix until fully coated then sprinkle, then add in Seafood Seasoning and mix again to fully combined. Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
- Enjoy!

EASY AVGOLEMONO
Travel to the Mediterranean with this Greek-inspired lemon chicken soup. It's the perfect way to make a weeknight rotisserie feel special.
Ingredients
- 4 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 2 cups cooked white rice, divided
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup Spiceburgh Seafood Seasoning
Directions
- Bring chicken stock to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Place 1 cup of the hot chicken stock and ½ cup of rice in a blender.
- Turn on the blender. With the blender running, slowly add the egg yolks. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Strain puree into separate bowl.
- Stir the puree into the simmering stock. Add the shredded chicken, remaining 1 ½ cups rice, and ¼ cup Spiceburgh Seafood Seasoning. Let simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Serve and enjoy!
