MOM'S CARROT SOUP

Ingredients
- 1 LB Carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 Yellow Onion, quartered
- 3 Celery Stalks, cut into pieces
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter
- Heavy Cream
- ¼ Cup Spiceburgh Veggie Seasoning
Directions
- Heat up large pan over medium high heat. Once hot, add in butter and prepped vegetables. Let saute until onions become translucent.
- Once onions become translucent, pour in chicken broth and Veggie Seasoning. Let simmer over medium heat and cook until fork tender, around 30 minutes.
- Add in a splash of heavy cream and blend to desired thickness. If the soup is too thick, thin out with heavy cream or water.
- Sprinkle some Veggie Seasoning on top.
- Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 Heads of Broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
- ¼ Cup Veggie’s Best Friend
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F and prepare a baking tray with foil.
- While oven is preheating, In a medium bowl place the broccoli florets. Drizzle with Canola Oil and toss to fully coat. Once fully coated, sprinkle Veggie’s Best Friend on top and toss till evenly coated.
- Once oven is heated, place seasoned florets onto prepped tray and place into oven.
- Let cook for 15-22 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.

- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fish is flaky. Time will vary depending on the size and thickness of the tilapia filets.
